Caleb Clark, 19, from Griffin, Georgia dated year-old Anna 'Chickadee' Shannon for two years during high school and now the National Inquirer reports that he is fighting to gain access to her five-week-old baby, Kaitlyn.

He told the tabloid that he wants to get the child 'out of that house and away from that family', but he is unable to take action because Anna refuses to take a paternity test.

Caleb said that he had every intention of marrying the reality star until she admitted that she had cheated on him. Anna supposedly sent him an email when she discovered she was pregnant stating: 'I kinda had sex with someone the week before we did, but I trusted him to wear a condom, but I don't think he did, and that's what scares me. Despite being left broken-hearted Caleb, who is said to be working towards a career in law enforcement, tried to get a test to prove he was the father of the child but she refused and he is unable to pay for an attorney to pursue the matter.

My dad walked out on me and my mom when I was a baby and I was adopted by his stepfather. Caleb believes that Anna - who he brands a 'gold digger' according to the magazine - is refusing to get it done because she's worried he will get custody if he's proven to be the father.

For now he cherishes the memories of the few minutes he spent with baby Kaitlyn the day after she was born but he claims that he hasn't been allowed to see seen her since.

She gave birth on July 26 to baby Kaitlyn who weighed a healthy 6lbs, 2oz. At the time she declined to name the father, saying only that he is not involved in her life.
